Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns & Replacements

We offer a 7-day replacement or return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as promotional bundles or custom reset units unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your items arrive damaged or defective, please record a video or take high-quality images during the unboxing process and share them with us at care@anvixa.co.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free exchange or process a complete refund immediately.

3. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment issuer.

4. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, or before the package has been handed over to our logistics partner. To cancel an order, log in to your account dashboard or write to us at care@anvixa.co.in. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned in accordance with our return guidelines.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

For verified damaged or defective returns, Anvixa will cover all return shipping and pickup costs. For general returns based on change of mind or personal preference, customer returns might be subject to a nominal reverse shipping fee of ₹150, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
