Thank you for choosing Anvixa. We aim to deliver our premium wardrobe organization products safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.
1. Shipping Coverage & Zones
We ship to all major PIN codes across India. We partner with leading logistics operators including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Xpressbees to ensure safe handling of your storage systems.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders with a cart subtotal of ₹999 and above (after applying discounts).
- Standard Shipping: A flat delivery fee of ₹79 is applicable on orders below ₹999.
3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.
- Metro Cities: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.
- Rest of India: Delivered within 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
*Please note that delivery times may be slightly delayed during festivals, extreme weather conditions, or local restriction periods.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also view real-time shipping milestones directly inside your Account Dashboard under the order history tab.
5. Damaged Shipments
If you notice that the shipping box or seal is tampered with or heavily damaged during delivery, please do not accept the package and notify the courier agent. Inform us immediately at care@anvixa.co.in so we can process a fresh dispatch.
